Hiked a short day. We camped about 8 miles away from the "ferry" ( a tiny little motor boat) that stops running at 4:45 daily. We catch this ferry to take us o VVR, our resting point for a whole-nother day. (Yay!)
Still deciding on if I can push on. Will take a day of rest and determine then. If I have to decide today then my answer is "no - I can't push on anymore". It's not worth risking my health and therefore my safety. There's no other spot to easily get off trail like this place for the remaining 11 days. Rest rest rest for the next 30 hours.
